Shipping Policy

At Cavvalure, we provide a premium global logistics experience, ensuring your orders are handled with care and delivered efficiently across the world.

 

Section 1 (Outbound Shipping & Delivery Methods):

At Cavvalure, we provide a premium global logistics experience. All domestic UK orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail, and all international orders are handled via DPD on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

 

Section 2 (Outbound Shipping Fees):

Outbound shipping fees are structured as flat fees and are calculated and stated clearly at checkout for both domestic (UK) and international orders.

 

Section 3 (International Duties and Taxes - DDP):

To provide a seamless delivery experience, all international orders (including Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis via DPD. The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable import duties, local sales taxes, and customs clearance fees, ensuring no additional payments are required upon delivery.

 

Section 4 (Order Processing and Transit Times):

Order Processing: 1-3 business day.

UK Domestic (Royal Mail): 1–3 business days.

European Union (DPD Classic): 2–8 business days depending on destination country.

International Destinations (USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.): 3–11 business days depending on destination.

 

Section 5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Personalised Items: Please allow additional processing time for personalised products. These items are shipped via the same premium methods but require extra care during preparation.
  • Sanctioned Regions: We do not ship to countries currently under international trade sanctions.
  • P.O. Boxes: For security and signature requirements, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
