●      International Orders (DDP): For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The total price at checkout includes all applicable import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees. You will not face any unexpected or additional charges upon delivery.

 

●      Free Shipping: Free outbound shipping is available for orders with a net cart value ≥ £99 (UK) or ≥ £235 (International). These thresholds are calculated at the time of checkout.

We offer personalization on specific products. Personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Please double-check size, colour, and initials before finalizing your order.

9. Returns & Exchanges

·       Returns must be initiated within 28 days of fulfilment via our designated portal.

·       International orders are restricted to return-for-credit/refund to maintain DDP integrity.

·       Sale items are strictly returnable for store credit only, as identified by product tagging.
