7. Shipping, Taxes & Duties

 

Domestic UK shipping is fulfilled via Royal Mail, while international orders are shipped via DPD. Outbound shipping fees are flat fees calculated and displayed at checkout for both domestic and international destinations. For all international orders, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring import duties, local taxes, and clearance fees are fully settled at checkout.

8. Personalisation

We offer personalisation on specific products. Personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Please double-check size, colour, and initials before finalizing your order.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be initiated within 28 days of fulfilment by contacting returns@cavvalure.co.uk. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure returns are sent via an insured, tracked courier service. Cavvalure is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. All returns are subject to an internal inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

International orders are restricted to return-for-credit/refund to maintain DDP integrity. Sale items are strictly returnable for store credit only, as identified by product tagging.

EU Statutory Exception: Customers purchasing from within the European Union retain the right to cancel their contract and obtain a full cash refund to their original payment method within 14 days of order delivery, overriding standard sale item restrictions
