Return & Refund Policy
At Cavvalure, we are committed to providing an exceptional luxury experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. We understand that sometimes a selection may not meet your expectations and we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Return Timeline and Eligibility
We offer a 28-day return policy from the date your order is fulfilled for both domestic and international customers. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following eligibility criteria:
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unused, and with all Cavvalure tags still attached.
- Packaging: All returns must include the original luxury packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- Exclusions: Personalised or bespoke items are unique to you and, therefore, cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
2. How to Start a Return
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated via our official portal: https://returnsportal.shop/cavvalure
- Note: We do not offer a "self-post" option. All returns must be handled through our integrated logistics partners via the portal to ensure safe transit and tracking.
3. Domestic Exchanges (UK Only)
- Direct swaps for size or style are available for UK customers via our portal.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee (£10.00) and the new outbound shipping fee for the replacement item.
- No Waivers: Complimentary shipping thresholds apply only to initial boutique orders and do not apply to any part of the exchange process
4. International Exchanges
- To ensure duty and tax accuracy, we do not offer direct international swaps. International customers should return their items for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
5. Sale Items
- Items tagged as "Sale" are eligible for Store Credit only. No cash refunds will be issued for discounted merchandise.
6. Fair Use and Monitoring
To protect the integrity of our brand and ensure our services remain available to our genuine customers, we monitor return patterns.
- We check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not related to commercial, entrepreneurial, or fraudulent intent.
- Accounts flagged for frequent or repeated returns in breach of our terms will be reviewed.
- At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse future orders or close accounts that exhibit irregular or suspicious transactional behaviour.
7. International and Domestic Return Logistics
As part of our commitment to transparent global commerce, customers are responsible for the logistical costs of returning items. The following flat fees will be deducted from your final refund or store credit:

8. Sale and Promotional Merchandise
In accordance with our commercial terms, items purchased during a sale period or at a promotional discount are eligible for Store Credit only.
- Store Credit will be issued for the net price paid at the time of purchase.
- Store Credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- We do not offer cash refunds to the original payment method for discounted items.
9. Defective or Faulty Items
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. If you believe your item is faulty:
- Initiate a request via our returns portal.
- Upload clear photographic evidence of the defect for our team to review.
- Upon manual approval by our quality control team, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you (£0.00).
10. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, excluding the applicable return shipping fees, within 10 business days.
