1. Complimentary Global Shipping

Free Shipping Thresholds

  • United Kingdom: Complimentary shipping is provided for all outbound orders with a net cart value of £99 or higher.
  • International: Complimentary shipping is provided for all outbound orders with a net cart value of £235 or higher.
  • Important: These thresholds apply exclusively to the initial purchase at checkout. Complimentary shipping does not apply to return shipping or the outbound shipping leg of an exchange/replacement items..
  • Note: Shipping thresholds are subject to change; the applicable rate will be clearly displayed at checkout.

2. International Duties and Taxes (DDP)

To provide a seamless delivery experience, all international orders (including those to Japan, the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

  • No Hidden Fees: The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable import duties, local sales taxes, and customs clearance fees.
  • Guaranteed Delivery: You will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon the arrival of your package.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Transit Times:
  • UK Domestic: 1–3 business days.
  • International (Global): 2–11 business days depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

4. Outbound Shipping Fees (Orders under £235)

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Personalized Items: Please allow additional processing time for personalized products. These items are shipped via the same premium methods but require extra care during preparation.
  • Sanctioned Regions: We do not ship to countries currently under international trade sanctions.
  • P.O. Boxes: For security and signature requirements, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

6. Returns and Exchanges
